New for 2025, the IH-3036R introduces Air-O-Fan’s patent-pending Induction Housing (IH) design — combining dual fan and reverse fan technology into one revolutionary PTO sprayer.
At the core of the IH system is forced air induction. A high-performance 30-inch reverse pitched steel fan supercharges air into a 36-inch reverse pitched fan, while the second fan simultaneously scavenges surrounding air. This inline dual fan configuration multiplies air input, dramatically increasing discharge volume and canopy penetration.
The result is a 10.25-inch discharge throat paired with Air-O-Fan’s 3-port D-2/40 composite nylon air vane, now featuring a third bank of nozzles for enhanced calibration flexibility and superior coverage straight from the factory.
With air speeds reaching 120 MPH and a 20 MPH variance across the vane face, the IH-3036R produces exceptional turbulence and three-dimensional air movement — reducing leaf shingling and delivering deeper, more consistent canopy coverage.
All of this performance is achieved with just 115 tractor engine horsepower.
